Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while adhering to safety rules and company procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional communication with staff and customers, and ability to follow schedules and protocols. The shift is M-F 10am–2pm with hourly compensation of $18.05–$18.20.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
