Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. Duties include janitorial tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while reporting incidents to a supervisor.

This role emphasizes professional communication with team members and customers, adherence to safety policies, and readiness to cover shifts as needed. 6am-2:30pm, M-F, $16-$17/hour is offered.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• May be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
