Job summary

Quality Staffing Services is seeking a motivated Cleaning Area Manager to oversee 6–10 cleaning teams across Kent, Queen Anne's, and Annapolis from the Stevensville, MD office. This leadership role reports to the Night Operations Manager and focuses on supporting employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in janitorial, facilities, hospitality, construction, landscaping, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
• Excellent problem-solving and self-motivated mindset.
• Proficient with email, mobile apps, and basic technology tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support field operations.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Cleaning Area Manager for a growing cleaning division to oversee approximately 6–10 cleaning teams across Kent, Queen Anne's, and Annapolis. Reporting directly to the Night Operations Manager, this leadership role is responsible for supporting employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing team members while delivering exceptional service.

Salary: Base salary up to $45,000 annually, plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities

Essential Job Functions:

Shift & Schedule: Arrival/start typically between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Typical finish time is between 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
