Elite Building Services is seeking a dependable Regional Cleaner to support multiple client locations across Maryland and surrounding areas. This role requires extensive local travel using a company vehicle and involves cleaning, inspections, equipment upkeep, and customer support.

You will perform general cleaning tasks, route and field services, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain professional site conditions while reporting findings to management.

Mansioni

• Cleaning & facility support at client locations, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing.
• Route & field services: travel to client sites across Maryland and nearby areas; report findings to management.

Position Summary

Elite Building Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Regional Cleaner to support multiple client locations throughout Maryland and surrounding areas. This position requires extensive local travel using a company vehicle and involves cleaning, inspections, special projects, equipment upkeep, and customer support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaning & Facility Support

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Complete vault cleaning and other specialty cleaning assignments.
• Maintain clean and professional facility conditions at assigned client locations.
• Perform parking lot cleaning and exterior maintenance as needed.

Route & Field Services

• Travel to client locations throughout Maryland and neighboring areas as assigned.
• Conduct site inspections and report findings to management.
• Handle key pick-ups and deliveries when required.
• Assist with emergency coverage and special cleaning projects.

Equipment Maintenance

• Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
• Clean, inspect, and perform basic upkeep on floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other equipment.
• Report equipment issues and assist with minor repairs when needed.

Customer Service & Safety

• Maintain professional communication with customers and site contacts.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure work is completed according to client expectations and company standards.

Documentation

• Complete required reports and documentation accurately.
• Communicate site concerns, maintenance issues, and service updates to management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
