Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market is seeking a part-time Cleaning and Sanitation Associate for our Bakehouse facility in Washington Township, OH. This role supports bakery production by maintaining cleanliness and sanitizing equipment, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and occasional holiday flexibility.

You will join a collaborative team committed to fresh, honestly better food and service while upholding safety standards and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and surface cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness standards of restrooms, breakroom, and lobby area.
• Assist with organizing supplies and restocking as needed.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, baking tools, trays, and utensils.
• Communicate and collaborate to work as a team
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice and Food Safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Cleaning and Sanitation Associate

Part Time

At Dorothy Lane Market, our Bakehouse facility works round the clock preparing all of the delightful desserts, pastry, and artisan breads sold fresh in our stores. We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our bakery production team as a part-time Cleaning and Sanitation Associate. Shifts are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday, but may require some flexibility around the holidays.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and surface cleaning.
