Dorothy Lane Market is seeking a part-time Bakery Retail Associate in Springboro, OH. You will serve customers with enthusiasm, offer knowledgeable recommendations, package and label products, and maintain the bakery’s cleanliness and presentation.

The DLM Bakeries feature wonderfully decadent desserts and traditional European breads all Made Right Here in the DLM Bakehouse. Our incredible teams work to deliver an exceptional shopping experience through expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic, service-minded candidates to join our retail Bakery team part-time.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise.


• Provide knowledgeable recommendations.


• Package and label product with care.
