Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as directed.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, Kleenex and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe and mop storage areas, hallways and restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls and equipment; move/rearrange furniture if needed.
• Clean windows and glass partitions with cleaners and squeegees.
• Follow chemical safety procedures and use power equipment properly.
• Attend staff meetings and required in-service training.
• Complete standardized cleaning per company standards.

Job description

Primary Job Functions

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the buildingdesignatedby the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment which includes moving and rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are in a safe, secure areaat all times.
• Complete standardized cleaning process as per company standards.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Attend all regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Education, Experience and Certification

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent education
• 2 years of job-related experience

Working Conditions

• Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc.

Pay rate s tart at $19.20 after 6 months $19.45 and then after a year $19.75.
