Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.50 Hourly

Description

Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Residential Cleaner to join the team! The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across common areas and vacant apartment units at our West Parc and South Parc properties. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, values teamwork, and enjoys making a positive impact on residents' everyday lives.

Schedule:7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay:$21.00 - $21.50 per hour

Shift: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common indoor areas including lobbies, offices, restrooms, clubhouse, gym, and mailroom

• Perform deep cleaning and move-in preparation for vacant apartment units

• Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect surfaces, empty trash/recycling, and wash windows

• Change lightbulbs and spot-clean areas as needed

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively

• Apply safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals

• Maintain a clean and litter-free property

• Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents and coworkers

• Follow cleaning checklists and complete tasks independently or as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

• Comfortable working with cleaning products and equipment

• Ability to read/follow simple written instructions and safety guidelines

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude

All team members must have the basic abilitytouse computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend writtendocuments suchasworkorders,safetyrules,instructions,policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
