Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

As a Culver’s True Blue Crew member, you will have the opportunity to work with a positive team focused on providing a place to grow, learn, and develop. Some cleaning and maintenance experience is required. Hours per week will range from 10 to 20 hours based on cleaning and maintenance needs at the store.

Overview

• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on schedule.
• Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Accurately put away food orders, rotate stock in coolers, freezers, and dry storage using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of all restaurant equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment safely and correctly.
