As a Culver’s True Blue Crew member you will have the opportunity to work with a positive team, focused on providing a place to grow, learn and develop. Some cleaning and maintenance experience is required. Hours per week will range from 10 to 20 hours based on cleaning and maintenance needs at the store.

Overview

• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant timely and accurately.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put food order away accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
