Job summary

Paris Baguette Coral Springs is looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter / Cleaner to join our brand-new store in Coral Springs, FL. This position can be full-time or part-time and offers a $14.00 per hour wage.

You will help keep the kitchen clean and sanitary, assist with deliveries, and support a busy bakery café operation. A positive attitude, teamwork, and attentiveness are highly valued in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all trash is disposed of accordingly
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and cooking equipment
• Dust and clean windows, counters, tables, woodwork and display cases
• Take out trash and recycling, break down boxes, and keep the loading area clean
• Sweep and mop back-of-house and front-of-house floors, clean drains, and maintain the dish area
• Help receive and put away deliveries
• Follow all sanitation and chemical safety procedures
• Perform duties as directed by management

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds as required to perform job responsibilities
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments (including hot ovens, refrigeration areas, and ambient kitchen conditions)
• Ability to safely work around common food allergens
