Job summary

Threshold, Inc. is seeking a reliable janitor to perform cleaning duties for our contracted client in West Bend. The goal is to keep the building clean and orderly by performing routine tasks across all designated areas.

The position is in-person with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Previous janitor experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order according to contract specifications.
• Cooperate with staff and follow health and safety regulations.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (i.e. dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)


• Maintain inventory of supplies and order according to contract specifications


• Cooperate with the rest of the staff


• Follow all health and safety regulations


• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs


• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, as needed
