Job summary

Threshold,-Inc is hiring a janitor to perform cleaning duties for our contracted customer in West Bend, WI. The role focuses on keeping the building clean and orderly, with an emphasis on safety and compliance.

Work location is in-person with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm; occasional earlier or later start times may occur to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Previous work experience as a janitor, helpful.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, helpful.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (i.e. dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order according to contract specifications
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, as needed
