Job summary

Vonachen Group seeks a part-time janitorial assistant for an evening shift, 8:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday, in Pleasant Valley Township, IA. Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking supplies, reporting hazards, and monitoring security, with daily pay options and eligibility for PTO and a 401(k).

Qualified candidates are 18+, have reliable transportation, strong attention to detail, good communication, and a customer-friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.

• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
