ServiceMaster Commercial Services in Superior, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time janitorial staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for employees, clients, and visitors. This role is approximately 30 hours per week with evenings or nights available.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
