Job Opening: Cleaner / Janitor / Office Cleaning / Commercial Cleaning in Murrells Inlet

ServiceMaster is seeking candidates for cleaning in commercial buildings at our Murrells Inlet location. The position involves evening shifts from Monday to Friday, approximately 2 hours per day. Additional details will be provided during the phone interview.

Position Details:

• Part-time hours, 20+ hours per week
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Drug and alcohol-free environment
• Background checks will be conducted

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, window cleaning, and restocking supplies
• Use provided products, tools, and procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure safety by placing hazard signs as needed and responding to spills or cleaning emergencies

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:

• Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to differentiate cleaning products and their uses
• Willingness to learn; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Positive attitude, dependability, punctuality, and professionalism

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
