Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across base building and laboratory spaces. This full-time role covers office, common areas and non-GMP lab spaces with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, labs and high-touch surfaces, stocking supplies, operating floor scrubbers and vacuums, and reporting safety concerns. Training on PPE and safety guidelines will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable working in laboratory environments (non-GMP).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

• Clean windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums) safely and effectively.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE when working in lab areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Support periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Overview

We are seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across our base building areas and laboratory spaces. This role is focused on routine cleaning and sanitation of office, common, and lab support areas.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $16.00 - $18.25
