Performs all cleaning, moving and general labor under the responsibility of Facility Maintenance. Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and safety procedures.
Responsibilities and Specific DutiesPay Rate: $17.01
Education RequirementHigh School Diploma or GED required or must be obtained within two (2) years of hire date.
Years & Experience RequiredMinimum of one (1) year stable work experience. Work experience in general facility maintenance repair preferred
Knowledge & Skills RequiredValid Texas Driver’s License. Good (verbal/written) communication skills. Able to complete/fill-out written reports, records, and forms. Able to drive support equipment/vehicles; pick up or flat-bed trucks, tractor, sweepers, lawnmowers, etc. Able to maintain and/or obtain additional licensing or certifications as required.
