Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring janitorial workers for a professional setting in Kansas City. The role offers a wage of $16 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after four months of employment, and requires union dues after 90 days of employment.

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
