Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Miami, FL. The Cleaner will perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in commercial locations and vacation rentals. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, refreshing linens and bedding in rental properties, restocking supplies, and ensuring each space meets company quality standards. The role also involves following checklists for property turnovers, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and coordinating with supervisors or property managers as needed. Cleaners are expected to maintain a professional appearance, respect client property, and work efficiently to meet scheduled turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, surface sanitizing, and trash removal.
• Experience or comfort with detailed turnover cleaning for vacation rentals, including linen changes, staging rooms, and restocking amenities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to follow checklists and established cleaning procedures.
• Reliable time management skills to meet service schedules and turnaround times, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, property managers, and team members, and to report issues clearly.
• Ability to work independently on-site, take initiative, and maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move cleaning equipment and supplies throughout a work shift.
• Previous professional cleaning or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training can be provided.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and reliable transportation to job sites in the Miami, FL area.
