This role offers a fast-paced work environment with strong earning potential, flexibility, and weekly pay. Cleaning supplies are provided, and you can work solo or with a team to meet turnover deadlines.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-property cleans between guest stays.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies.
• Ensure homes meet Sun Realty’s high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report maintenance or damage issues.
• Complete deep cleans at the start/end of the season.
• Manage time efficiently to meet turnover deadlines.
