An established industry player is seeking dedicated Cleaners for part-time roles in a vibrant educational environment. Salary: Level 1, $1,191.20 - $1,210.80 per week (pro-rata) (GS (Misc.) GA 2025)

We are seeking to establish a pool of Cleaners for permanent and fixed term, part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Brentwood Primary School (PS) opened in 1956 and is situated 12 kilometres south of Perth. We provide learning programs for Kindergarten to Year 6 students. Our community consists of a multicultural population. We offer a high quality, engaging curriculum, with specialist teachers in Music which includes two choirs, Visual Arts, Physical Education, Science, English as an Additional Language or Dialect, Instrumental Music, Primary Extension & Challenge and Japanese.

Our quality teachers are focused on actively encouraging children to develop the essential knowledge, skills, understanding and confidence necessary for them to succeed in life. A strong emphasis is placed on the pastoral care and behaviour of students, enhancing student achievements in Literacy, Numeracy and also the use of Information and Communication Technologies across the curriculum. The pastoral care program focuses on the core values of respect, caring, responsibility, honesty and excellence. Students achieve well in NAPLAN. The school has adopted a 'continual improvement' philosophy and aims to focus on and address any areas of need in performance or operation that require support.
As a cleaner you will be responsible for internal cleaning duties, including the maintenance of carpets and hard floor surfaces, toilet cleaning, furniture and fittings, window cleaning, dusting, rubbish removal, and other items of general cleaning. In addition, you will also carry out external cleaning duties, including the cleaning of verandas and covered areas, rubbish removal, cleaning of drinking troughs, window cleaning, removal of cobwebs and other general cleaning duties. During vacation times, you will also undertake the stripping and sealing of vinyl floors, window cleaning, shampooing of carpets, pressure cleaning of verandas and undercover areas.
