Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. at Cub Foods Rogers is seeking a part-time Front End associate to greet customers, operate the register, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role demands a friendly demeanor, reliability, and teamwork across the department. You will handle ringing up purchases, assist customers with questions, and support daily tasks to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with a focus on customer service.
• Experience working on a front end is preferred.
• Knowledge of coupons, returns, security procedures and etiquette.

Location: Cub Foods Rogers Reports to: Front End Manager Classification: Part Time Union Rate of Pay: Progressive scale from $15.00 - $18.00 / hour, based on experience Hours: Sunday - Saturday, evening hours

Position functions and physical requirements may vary by store location.

FREQUENT: Physical lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds reaching, standing, turning Equipment operation scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math

OCCASIONAL: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. squatting, stooping/bending, walking Equipment operation calculator

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift
• OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift
