Job summary

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking a Clean Room Operator Trainee to join our team. This role handles the daily operation of the clean room and related documentation, with responsibilities spanning final-assembly cleaning, cleanliness testing, and inspection to ensure product quality.

Shift is 2nd, Monday-Thursday, 3:15PM to 1:45AM with a $1.00 shift differential. The position requires standing, frequent lifting up to 25 pounds, PPE usage, and strict adherence to safety regulations to

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning of final assemblies using alkaline cleaner.
• Performs cleanliness testing using solvent.
• Dries final assemblies using nitrogen and vacuum oven.
• Performs microscope and other forms of inspection.
• Packages final assemblies to preserve cleanliness.
• Records and maintains documentation of test results and data into computer system.
• Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness.
• Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE.

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15PM to 1:45AM with $1.00 Shift Differential
