Job summary

STS Aerospace, in Laconia, NH, is seeking a Clean Room Operator Trainee to join the team. This full-time position is responsible for the daily operation of the clean room and documentation control.

The shift is 2nd: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM with a $1.00 shift differential. Responsibilities include cleaning, testing, drying, inspection, packaging, and data entry while complying with safety and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning of final assemblies using alkaline cleaner.
• Performs cleanliness testing using solvent.
• Dries final assemblies using nitrogen and vacuum oven.
• Performs microscope and other forms of inspection.
• Packages final assemblies to preserve cleanliness.
• Records and maintains documentation of test results and data into computer system.
• Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness.
• Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE.

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15PM to 1:45AM with $1.00 Shift Differential

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
