Teledyne Imaging Sensors is seeking a Backend Process Technician to join our mission-focused team in California. The role involves inspections, solvent cleaning, product measurements, and strict adherence to ESD and cleanroom protocols as part of our infrared sensor production for aerospace and defense applications.

You will use microscopy and ERP data tracking to document measurements and ensure quality, with a pathway for career growth in a leading sensing solutions company.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Perform inspections, solvent cleaning, and product measurements.
• Observe electrostatic discharge (ESD), safety, and cleanroom practices.
• Frequently use microscope to inspect cleanliness and dimensions of product.
• Work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data.

What You Need:

• Basic computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Working knowledge of wet etching, epoxy processes, microscope use, and cleanroom operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma with three (3) to five (5) years of experience or associate's degree in a related field with zero (0) to three (3) years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range:

$50,600.00-$67,500.000
