Join our mission-focused team to contribute to advanced sensor technology and high-reliability products. We are seeking a Materials Polishing & Etching Technician to support polishing and etching activities, ensure QA-compliant parts, and maintain accurate data through ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience or an associate’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a clean room on first or second shift.
• Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls.

Responsibilities

• Support polishing and etching activities.
• Inspect and evaluate parts per QA requirements.
• Follow established procedures and bonding diagrams.
• Use ERP system for tracking and reporting data.

What You’ll Do

• Support polishing and etching activities.
• Inspect and evaluate parts in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements.
• Accurately follow established procedures and bonding diagrams.
• Frequently work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data.

What You Need

• Ability to work in the clean room during first or second shift.
• Dexterity with tweezers to manipulate small parts.
• Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with three (3) to five (5) years of experience or associate’s degree in a related field with zero (0) to two (2) years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range

$50,600.00-$67,500.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
