The role involves packaging IR detectors for space, military, and commercial use, working second shift on site. You will support various program processes in a controlled environment with a focus on quality and safety.

The position requires at least a HS diploma or GED and four years of manufacturing experience, plus ability to read English instructions and operate lab tools. U.S.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education with relevant experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience using general lab equipment like microscopes, tooling, and hand tools.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access U.S. data systems.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom environment handling electro‑mechanical components.
• Follow safety processes, wear PPE, and adhere to protocols.
• Access work instructions on a computer, perform data entry, complete training.
• Push carts, reach above shoulder height, and visually inspect small parts.
• Handle chemicals and follow disciplined processes for assembly.
