Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Leominster, MA is hiring Test Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts. The role involves clean room assembly, using microscopes and small hand tools to test electronic components and load tiny parts into machines.

Test Operators and Clean Room Assembly

1 st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm $20.00 per hour

2 nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Use of small hand tools and microscope
• Handle of sensitive electronic components
• Load tiny parts into machine and follow work instructions
• Data entry of test results
• Work in an ESD (Electric Static Discharge) environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Must be comfortable in wearing lab gear
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Background Check and 5 Panel Drug Screen
• Relevant experience is preferred, but candidates with electronics coursework, a hobby involving computer components, and a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
• Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
