Job summary

EXALTA is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, and package medical device components in a controlled clean room environment. You will follow SOPs and quality standards to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, basic tool skills, and collaboration with production and quality teams. Shift is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; non-exempt with pay between $16.70 and $22.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated clean room environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints and work instructions for implant and instrument assembly.
• Accurate documentation of inventory usage and packaging functions.
• Assemble instruments with 1–3 lower-level parts; entry to advanced.
• Labeling, documentation, packaging in controlled environment.
• Measure/test completed units using precision instruments.
