CPI Electron Device Business is hiring an Assembler III to join our manufacturing team in Beverly, MA. The role focuses on precise assembly of sub-assemblies and chip and wire devices, including microscope work in a clean room environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of wire bonding experience, solder training (J-STD) and clean room experience. ITAR/EAR considerations apply; U.S. Person status is required. Salary range is $25–$35 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Solder training, J-STD.
• Wire bonding / Ribbon Bonding experience.
• Clean Room experience.
• This position requires potential access to ITAR/EAR; must be a U.S. Person.
