Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, or business.
• Interest in clean energy and decarbonization of the grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication across all business areas.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with real deliverables and ownership from your first week.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor.
