Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited seeks early-career professionals for a two-year, full-time rotational program based in our Orlando office. You will rotate across Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management with a mentor and opportunities for a permanent placement.

You’ll contribute from week one, support live projects, and present results to senior leadership after each rotation. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field.
• Interest in clean energy and the transition to a decarbonized grid.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and learning new tools.
• Clear communication and the confidence to work across every part of a business.
• Adaptability: three rotations mean three new teams, new problems and steep learning curves.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor, with real deliverables and ownership from your first week
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation
• Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers, with a dedicated mentor throughout
• Build the cross-functional fluency that accelerates careers in this industry
