Job description

The Clean Energy Policy Manager - E-Mobility will play a key role for the E-Mobility team, supporting the interests of Orange and Rockland, Rockland Electric Company, and their customers in its clean energy future and future utility business model(s) that enables customers to participate in program offerings while allowing the utility to manage the system with a high penetration of distributed assets, smart grid technologies, electric vehicle charging, demand response, energy efficiency, and other customer-side technologies. The position will focus on developing and advocating for policies and strategies that enable the increased adoption of electric vehicles in New York and New Jersey and encourage beneficial behaviors that support system needs in an effort to meet clean energy initiatives and direct solutions in areas where they will have the greatest benefit to the system, and as a result, to all utility customers.

Clean Energy Policy Manager E Mobility will contribute to the development and advocate for the EV infrastructure programs, grid efficient charging programs, and the strategy and policy of the E-Mobility teams pursuit of Company and New York and New Jersey state goals.
