Role Purpose

To ensure that Friday's restaurants are clean and presentable to provide a quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of accordingly
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cooking equipment
• Dusting and cleaning windows, counters, tables, and woodwork
• Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, perimeter of the building, and parking lot
• Working with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and timely
• Following proper food/health safety precautions and processes
• Performing duties as directed by management
