Job summary

SMP/Eastlake in Wickliffe, Ohio is seeking a finisher to operate belting, stoning and gauging of turbine components weighing 5 to 50 pounds, ensuring safe, efficient production.

• Perform all clean and cap operations, including but not limited to: clean & cap tasks, mega dip, maintaining all automated equipment, mold prep, dewax, flash fire and special lot expediting.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standard as established by Engineering.
• Record, on a daily basis, all work performed and the correct distribution of the work time identifying same by operational codes.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly, following all safety rules.
• Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers and supervisors.
