Job summary

ILIA Beauty is seeking an experienced Sales and Education Advisor for the New York City metropolitan area. The role reports to the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive, NY Metro and focuses on driving sales, education, and brand initiatives through in-store support, events, and training.

A strong emphasis is placed on relationships with store leadership and brand teams. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional makeup artist or brand

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
• Currently live in the territory listed in the job posting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits for support, events and relationship building.
• Coordinate store visit schedules with management and strategize plans to hit sales targets.
• Create monthly calendars to focus doors and achieve sales goals.
