Job summary

ILIA Beauty seeks an experienced Sales and Education Advisor to champion our clean color category and educate store teams on ILIA’s unique point of difference. The role requires strong communication to elevate in-store client experiences and sales performance across the Danbury area.

Responsibilities include executing store visits, trainings, events, and calendar management, with a focus on building relationships and sustaining growth. Travel and weekends/hours flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
• Strong communication skills to educate stores and champion ILIA’s in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
• Educate store teams on hero products and selling behaviors to boost retail sales.
• Train retail associates and freelancers on brand products and selling skills.
• Activate store visit calendar and provide weekly recaps of opportunities and celebrations.
• Communicate with management and leadership on brand opportunities and stock concerns.
