Job summary

ILIA Beauty in Boston is seeking an experienced Sales and Education Advisor to champion our clean color category and educate store teams on our unique point of difference. This role reports into the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive- Boston and is open to candidates located in the Boston metropolitan area.

You will drive and exceed sales through store visits, train teams on hero products, build brand advocates, and coordinate events to grow loyalty and retail performance.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of beauty industry experience.
• Currently live in the Boston metro area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Able to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events and relationship building.
• Educate store teams on hero ILIA products to increase client sales.
• Develop brand advocates in stores and train them on selling behaviors.
• Coordinate store visit calendars and provide weekly business recaps.
• Communicate opportunities and stock needs with store leadership.
