Job summary

ILIA Beauty is seeking an experienced beauty advisor in the New Orleans metropolitan area who is passionate about clean color and safe, performance-driven ingredients. You will educate store teams, advocate the ILIA lifestyle, and enhance client experience through strong communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include driving sales during store visits, training staff on hero products, coordinating calendars for events, and building brand advocates across retail locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience as a professional makeup artist or brand ambassador.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits for support, events and relationship building.
• Educate store teams on hero products to increase ability to recommend products and drive retail sales.
• Develop brand advocates in stores by training them on key selling and service behaviors.
• Coordinate store visit calendar and provide weekly business opportunity updates.
• Communicate with store leadership and management to capitalize on brand opportunities.
