Job summary

ILIA Beauty is seeking an experienced beauty advisor to champion our clean color category and in-store client experience. You will educate store teams, drive sales through events and relationships, and train staff on brand products and selling skills.

Based in the Missoula, MT metropolitan area, you will report to the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive, PNW, and collaborate with store leadership to execute brand initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years beauty industry experience as a professional make-up artist or brand ambassador.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events, and relationship building.
• Educate store teams on hero products to increase the ability to recommend and drive retail sales.
• Develop brand advocates in stores by training them on key selling and service behaviors.
• Activate store visit calendar and provide weekly recaps of opportunities and celebrations.
• Communicate with management and retailer partners regarding brand opportunities and stock.
