Job summary

ILIA Beauty is seeking an experienced Sales and Education Advisor to champion our clean color category and in-store client experience in the Danbury area. You will educate store teams and drive sales through events while building strong relationships with customers and brand leadership.

This role requires flexible hours, weekend/evening availability, reliable transport, and 2+ years in beauty. Base rate $25–$28 per hour, with ongoing product knowledge and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years beauty industry experience
• Currently live in the Danbury/Central CT territory
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• Able to stand 6–8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals through store visits, events and relationship building
• Train store teams on hero products and brand selling behaviors
• Create monthly calendars to support focused doors and corporate initiatives
• Coordinate with store leadership to ensure new store openings are executed
• Provide regular updates and recaps on business opportunities and successes
