Job summary

PCC Airfoils, LLC in the United States is seeking a Dewax Operator to handle molding processes, including tagging, dewaxing, grinding, and mold programming. The role supports production through accurate, timely operations and adherence to safety and PES requirements.

You will work in the CERAMICS department, with overtime and weekend shifts as needed; physical, hot conditions may be expected.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Three months OJT training is required.
• Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Tag molds properly.
• De-hook, grind, dewax, flash fire, and program fire molds.
• Provide the floor area with product on time.
• Run sensitive equipment.
• Lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
• Follow all O.I. instructions and PES requirements.
• Support the 6S program.
• Be a TeamPlayer to meet production goals.

• Provide quality product by following all O.I. instructions as well as PES requirements.


• Assist and support the 6S program.


• You will be required to be a TeamPlayer to meet production goals.

Education High school education.

Experience Three months OJT training.

Initiative And Ingenuity Normal initiative and ingenuity.

Effort Lift/move from 20-30 pounds up to 4 times per hour.

Responsibility Responsible for self. Make sure parts meet quality standards. Make sure you follow all safety rules. Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.

Job Conditions Good working conditions.

This job can be extremely hot at times.

Dusty, very physical and mental.
