Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a production-ready worker to tag molds, de-hook, grind, dewax, flash fire, and program fire molds on the shop floor. The role requires maintaining on-time product flow and operating sensitive equipment as needed.
You will lift 20–30 pounds repeatedly, follow all safety rules, and support the 6S program. OJT training (3 months) and a high school diploma are required. Strong teamwork helps meet daily production goals.
It will be your responsibility to tag molds properly, de-hook, grind, dewax, flash fire, and program fire molds.
High school education.
Three months OJT training.
Normal initiative and ingenuity.
Lift/move from 20-30 pounds up to 4 times per hour.
Responsible for self. Make sure parts meet quality standards. Make sure you follow all safety rules. Must be willing to work daily overtime and weekend overtime as necessary.
Good working conditions.
This job can be extremely hot at times.
