Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a production-ready worker to tag molds, de-hook, grind, dewax, flash fire, and program fire molds on the shop floor. The role requires maintaining on-time product flow and operating sensitive equipment as needed.

You will lift 20–30 pounds repeatedly, follow all safety rules, and support the 6S program. OJT training (3 months) and a high school diploma are required. Strong teamwork helps meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tag molds properly and de-hook, grind, dewax, flash fire, and program fire molds.
• Provide floor area with product on time.
• Run sensitive equipment as required.
• Follow all safety rules and PES/OS instructions.
• Support the 6S program and be a team player to meet production goals.
