Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corp. (IPC) is seeking a dependable CDL-A truck driver to join our road team. You will handle flatbed hauling for lumber, logs, and mulch, represent IPC with pride, and ensure on-time deliveries across a tight-knit team.

You should be able to work 1st or 2nd shifts on 10–12 hour days, maintain DOT compliance, and stay engaged with customers and dispatch for safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license and have a safe driving record.
• Reliable, respectful, and able to work in a team environment.
• Willing to be on-call and grow with the company.

Primary hauling responsibilities include:

• Flatbed for lumber
• Logs from deep wooded areas
• Walking floor trailers for mulch

We have positions available for Part-Time or Full-Time

1st and 2nd shifts available, working 10-12 hours shifts

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Be the Face of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve— on time, every time .
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew—because teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe— DOT compliance and safety first , always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.
