Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corp. is seeking a dependable truck driver for full-time work with 10-12 hour shifts, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. The role requires a valid CDL (Class A) and a proven safe driving record.

Responsibilities include representing IPC professionally at deliveries, securing loads, and maintaining the truck. You will be part of a tight-knit team that values discipline, respect, and working together to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
• 2 years of driving experience preferred.
• Reliable, respectful, and willing to work.
• Comfortable with some on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPC with professionalism at deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload as needed; secure loads following safety procedures.
• Maintain truck cleanliness, fuel and basic maintenance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety first.

We have a position available for Full-Time, 10-12 hour days, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays.

Day Shift - starts at 3 AM

Afternoon Shift - starts at 3 PM

If you're the type of person who:

• Knows your way around a rig AND people.

• Dry van experience required, flat bed and walking floor experience is helpful.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Be the Face Of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve— on time, every time .
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew—because teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe— DOT compliance and safety first , always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.

• You’ve got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record with 2 years of experience .
