Job summary

Industrial-Pallet-Corporation (IPC) is seeking dependable CDL drivers for part-time or full-time roles up to 70 hours per week. You’ll be the face of IPC on the road, delivering with professionalism and pride.

You’ll drive, load, and unload with a safety-first mindset, maintain DOT compliance, and build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring on-time deliveries. We offer steady hours, full benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, life insurance, and opportunities to grow into leadership

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to work.
• Willingness to get your hands dirty and help with loading.

• Comfortable with some on-call expectations.
• Eager to grow, not just clock in/out.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure on-time service and product.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and crew; teamwork on the dock.
• Take care of your truck—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety first.
• Check and secure loads before delivery.

Be the Face of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve— on time, every time .
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew—because teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe— DOT compliance and safety first , always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.

• You’ve got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record with 2 years of experience .
