Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corp. is seeking a Full-Time Driver in Indiana who holds a Class A CDL and has at least 2 years of CDL driving experience. You will be on the road 10–12 hour shifts, with one Saturday per month required, and a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

You’ll represent IPC on every delivery, build relationships with customers, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time service. You’ll also be responsible for truck maintenance and DOT compliance as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPC with professionalism on every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure timely service and product delivery.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and crew to support teamwork.
• Own and maintain your truck: keep it clean, fueled, and in safe condition.
• Ensure loads are checked, secured, and compliant with safety standards.

Be the Face of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve— on time, every time .
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew—because teamwork doesn’t stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe— DOT compliance and safety first , always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.

Who You Are

• You’ve got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
• You have 2 years of CDL Driving Experience
