Tiello LLC is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead commercial and residential clay tile roofing projects across Los Angeles or Orange County. The role focuses on quality workmanship, safety, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial roofing foreman experience.
• Strong experience with clay tile roofing on multi-family projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Knowledge of Southern California roofing codes and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and effective communication on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commercial roofing crews on active job sites.
• Oversee installation, repair, and replacement of clay tile roofing and other roofing systems.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower needs.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
